Excellent communication

Where would communication on a high level begin if not with self perception? Self-perception involves exploring how we view and understand the world around us and the people in it. It is based on our formative development and affects how we think and solve problems. By exploring self-perception first, we can then analyze how we can maximize communication and be more effective in interactions with others.

Self perception means identifying which ‘teammates’ are on board, how do they affect  what I say and how do they influence my behavior? The same applies to my opponent. Then some linguistic indicators appear as well: What exactly does the person I am in contact with say about himself that exceeds his intuitive linguistic behavior?
